"Dian" - Diano Marina's Pasta
The Dian is a kind of egg-shaped pasta medallion, embossed in the center of the griffin of Diano Marina coat of arms surrounded by the name of the seaside resort that can boast of De.Co, the brand of municipal designation of origin.
A type of pasta for thought-class tastes and created also to become a vehicle to promote the area.
- 1 kg of hard wheat flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 dl of extra virgin olive oil
- 20 gr of salt
- Vermentino di Diano Marina q.b.
Place the flour, put the eggs, bake with a fork together with salt, wine and extra virgin olive oil. Start kneading until you get a homogeneous mixture of good consistency and elasticity. Spread the dough and cake with the mold. At this point the Dian are ready to be cooked.
