The aim of the Academy is to protect and enhance the importance, in local cuisine, of typical products of our area, in particular oil, wine, agri-food and fishery products.
The Academy proposes:

• The disclosure in Italy and abroad, with the participation in conferences and fairs for promotional purposes, of the work done by the Academy in favor of the territory;
• The realization of events;The care of editing and publication of the the activities of the Academy;
• The development of a circuit of restaurateurs, hoteliers, traders, agricultural producers, fishermen and craftsmen who propose to their clients the typical dishes and products of the tradition;
• The defense in the face of abuses, by observing a good interpretation and developing food and wine tourism in Liguria;
• The kitchen school;
• Professional training.
