Aromatica: a quality event that aims to enhance the typical products and promote the territory (coast and inland), with the most environmentally sustainable methods and in line with the principles of the Mediterranean Diet.
The 7th edition, initially scheduled from 30 April to 3 May 2020 and postponed due to the Covid-19 emergency, will take place on Friday 18, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2020, three intense days which, in the welcoming pedestrian center of Diano Marina, will host the producers' stands, cooking shows, conferences, book presentations, quality street food, themed menus in restaurants and much more.
During the event there will be farms and producers from the Gulf of Diano and the West Liguria, producers of aromatic and vegetables of the Piana d'Albenga, excellence of the territory (slow food and other special products), quality street food (with proposals by aromatic herbs), companies of products based on aromatic herbs (beer, grappa, essences, etc.), typical plants and fruit trees of the Mediterranean, as well as institutional exhibitors such as the Municipality of Diano Marina and the others six Municipalities of the Golfo Dianese, the Municipality of Diano d'Alba (twinned with Diano Marina) and the Municipality of Cosio d'Arroscia, home to the Museo delle Erbe, and others.
Also guests of the event will be starred chefs, journalists and experts in food and wine, food bloggers.
Several initiatives will be promoted: cultural events (conferences, books' presentation), show cooking, cooking and pesto preparation courses, themed menus, aperitifs and themed snacks, guided tours, train with excursions inland, excursions to the sea and activities related to the "Pelagos Sanctuary, evening shows, gathering food and wine confraternities, twinning with excellent products from complementary territories (program to be defined).
