Aromatica is Diano Marina's grand showcase dedicated to aromatic herbs, typical Ligurian products and the excellence of food, wine and agri-food. The thirteenth edition will be held in the town centre on Friday 8, Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May 2026.

Since 2018, the event has been held annually, whereas previously, from 2005 to 2011, it took place every two years.

Among food-related trade fairs, Aromatica aims to stand out by focusing on quality and sustainability, introducing new and interesting elements every year. The format includes a large commercial area with selected exhibitors and a rich programme of themed initiatives: cooking shows, workshops, conferences, presentations, tastings, competitions, guided tours and excursions, exhibitions, four-handed dinners and shows. The expo of producers, mostly from Liguria, is entirely hosted within the pedestrian area, as is an area dedicated to street food.

Aromatica is graced by distinguished guests: experts, chefs, professionals and representatives of prestigious national organisations in the sector. Local businesses also play a leading role, offering themed products, dishes and activities. In 2019, the Aromatica Award was introduced, given annually to people from the Diano Riviera who, thanks to their skills, have contributed to promoting western Liguria and its excellence.
Aromatica is an extraordinary opportunity to promote products and producers, to taste and purchase special and appetising items in a welcoming and colourful setting that offers visitors originality and entertainment.

The event has considerable tourist value and also aims to promote the entire Gulf of Diano, an area comprising seven municipalities (Diano Marina, Cervo, San Bartolomeo al Mare, Diano Castello, Diano San Pietro, Diano Arentino and Villa Faraldi) between the coast and the inland area, rich in beauty and opportunities.

Every year, Aromatica attracts thousands of visitors, including foreigners, particularly from neighbouring regions and the nearest French departments.
