CONSULTATION
The consultation on the spot is free for all the available volumes; it is also possible to consult 50 different Italian periodicals. Subject and authors catalogues are available in papery format. It is also possible to benefit from the computerized catalogue through a computer.

LOAN
The Library lends works of fiction in four languages: Italian, French, English and Spanish. The loan service is free for residents and tourists and to join it you simply need to show your identity card; it is possible to borrow at most two books at a time and to keep it for one month.

COMPUTER SERVICES
The Library offers for free the possibility to use  two computer positions at most one hour per day. Users can log on the Internet, or simply utilize the software on the computer to create and eventually print documents (this last service is with fee). Users have to show an identity card before joining positions and the under age must be accompanied by a parent or adult in his/her stead. It is also possible, for other two users to utilize their own notebook and to log on the Internet through the LAN of the Library, with the same conditions of the other local computers.

CATALOGUE
The computerized catalogue of the possessed patrimony is consultable in the Library or through the Regione Liguria collective catalogue at http://opac.regione.liguria.it/ It is also available  the traditional subjects and authors card - catalogue.

PHOTOCOPIES
As the laws in force establish, it is available a photocopying service in A4 and A3, restricted to the volumes available in the Library (this last service is with fee).

LAST ACQUISITIONS
The Library provides for the increase of its patrimony with acquisitions in regard of desiderata, objective necessities of update, needs of completion of incomplete works and many other factors.

PUBLICATIONS OF THE LIBRARY
The Library provides for the publication of dossiers concerning all the meetings organized in cooperation with the Culture Department about several themes (art, music, literature, travels…). On the official web site www.palazzodelparco.it you can find the complete list of the different meetings and you can freely download the text parts.

CHILDREN’S AREA
The Library has a special area exclusively dedicated to children, where it is possible to find all - aged publications. Moreover, the Library organizes conducted tours and teaching meeting for the town schools students and sets up little exhibitions with the participations of the town schools children.
