ZENFIT Asd is a Sport Association officially recognized by Coni and affiliated with Csen.

The slogan is "Build a better you" to underline our mission which is to help people find the best version of themselves. Our approach is holistic, from physical training to meditation, from nutrition to the value of interpersonal relationships and quality time. Our vision is focused on creating a space dedicated to well-being at 360°, where everyone can improve together according to their priorities.

We offer group classes and personal sessions of functional training, cardio, toning, yoga and post-rehabilitation. We aim to collaborate with other amateur sport associations in the Gulf of Diano Marina.
